Return and Refund Policy

At Steve's Pet Shop, we want you to be completely with your purchase. If for any reason you not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping if the return is a of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
